2026 Rate Schedule
- All transactions are subject to North Carolina sales tax.
- Tent/Pop-up/Van and Full Hook-up rates are based on single or double occupancy.
- Extra occupants are charged $3.00 per night.
- Children 12 years of age or younger stay at no charge.
- Please note that a reservation guarantees a type of site, not a specific site itself. Thus, we reserve the right to alter your site number at our discretion. We do, however, honor special requests whenever possible.
- A 2.9% service charge will be added to all credit card transactions.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations are subject to a 3% credit card fee to cancel. Any deposit amount is fully refundable up to 3 days in advance of check in.
