2026 Rate Schedule
- Tent/Pop-up/Van and Full Hook-up rates are based on single or double occupancy.
- Extra occupants are charged $3.00 per night.
- Children 12 years of age or younger stay at no charge.
- If you are interested in booking as a group please call our office at (828) 963-5325
- Please note that a reservation guarantees a type of site, not a specific site itself. Thus, we reserve the right to alter your site number at our discretion. We do, however, honor special requests whenever possible.
- A 2.9% service charge will be added to all credit card transactions.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid forfeiture of deposit, reservations must be canceled:
- Cabins: 7 days prior to the check in date.
- Campsites: 2 days prior to the check in date.
